Yes! You can breathe a sigh of relief. You don’t have to move out or get expensive staging to sell your house. There’s a more livable, practical and financially savvy option available.
Much of what you already have can stay in your house (less hassle, hooray!) We’ll help you sort through all your stuff to decide what should stay and what can be packed out of sight.
Our rare combination of decluttering + partial property styling allows you to show your space in the best light.

Property Styling Packages to Sell Your Home

We consult with you and your agent to discover the target buyer and create a timeline.2 .
We come to your property and go through room by room, working out how the rooms should best be styled, what decor items should be kept out and what should be packed away, and if furniture needs to be moved or rooms rearranged. We consider colours, functionality and what potential buyers are looking for and highlight your home’s best features etc.3 .
We create a personalised report outlining the plan so you can start packing and implementing changes.4 .
In about a week, we return and get to work doing the following:
• Furniture placement
• Decluttering of surfaces and packing away items that you won't require
• Styling each room with your decor items
• Selecting the most appropriate linens and soft furnishings for your beds
Making sure the house is as ready as it can be for your marketing photos and open homes-
We can return with the photographer for a small additional cost to ensure your marketing photos stand out from the crowd.
Tier 1: Styling Using What You Have

After completing tier 1, we create a room-by-room plan of styling requirements for your home.2 .
Using your current furniture & finishes, we curate a styling package that includes:• Rugs
• Soft furnishings (pillows & throws)
• Towels
• Decorative pieces, e.g., artwork, vases, styling accessories etc.
• Lamps
• Artificial plants3 .
We deliver all the styling goodies to your home and set it up as if it were Open for Inspection4 .
Once we style your property, we take pictures and curate a styling document with instructions on what goes where and how to style each room. This document is perfect to refer back to for Open for Inspection days-
Once your house is sold, we pick up all the pieces from your home & return anything you stored with us.
Tier 2: Styling with Hired Accessories
Partial property styling & decluttering services: Your Investment
Our aim is for you to get a maximum return on your investment without the same upfront costs associated with full staging & styling.
Prices excl. GST, *storage & elepay fees
OUT-OF-AREA CHARGE
We predominantly work in the Blue Mountains and surrounding areas. We are happy to travel outside this area, although this will incur a travel charge that we will quote before confirmation
CAMPAIGN EXTENSION:
A 15% charge of the total initial cost is charged per week for every additional week after six weeks.
*STORAGE
TCC can supply 35L plastic storage containers with a lid + protective tissue paper & secure storage
Boxes and storage charged at $10.00 per week per box
Style Now, Pay Later
Thanks to our partnership with elepay.com.au, you don’t have to stress about paying prior to settlement.
Deferring property expenses with Elepay couldn’t be any easier. Phew!
Life Doesn’t Stop During a Move
You’ll still need to get the kids ready for school, go to work, and keep up commitments. Don’t try to be a superhero. The Curation Co. offers a less intrusive, more affordable and personalised way of getting ready for a sale by using what you currently have in your home (allowing you to live comfortably there during the process!).
We help you declutter and rearrange your belongings to get your property looking its most attractive while keeping the investment manageable. Partial property styling is also available, where we add a few select pieces to complement what you already have.
